小组合作学习在上海高中信息科技教学中的应用

 

小组合作学习是目前世界上许多国家普遍采用的一种富有创意的教学理论与策略,其在培养学生的合作精神、人际交往能力、创新精神、激励学生主动学习等方面的功能,被教育者普遍认可和接受。

但是,由于教育体制的不同,小组合作学习在中国的基础课程中的推进速度缓慢,也碰到了很多问题。研究者作为一名从教10年的高中信息科技学科教师,一直坚信,小组合作学习在信息科技教学中是能够发挥相当作用的。

将小组合作学习运用于信息科技课堂之前,还应该解决几个关键问题。首先是要确定适合小组合作学习的教学内容;在适合的内容中,要有合理的分组方案,以保证每个小组都有能力完成学习任务;确定小组后,要有明确的分工以确保每位组员都能投入学习;在布置任务前,要有明确的评价方案,督促小组更好地参与学习;在整个学习过程中,教师不是一个旁观者,要体现指导作用。

在关注了这些关键问题的基础上,研究者进行了实践,将小组合作学习应运在高一信息科技教学中,以“Photoshop教学中的应用——南模中学青年志愿者标志创意设计”和“在算法与程序设计中的应用——分支结构(选择模式)的算法设计”作为实践的两个内容。取得了一定效果,也发现一些问题。

通过一个阶段的学习和实践,研究者认为,小组合作学习在目前高中信息科技教学中有着很大的应用空间,对学生信息素养的培养有着很多的帮助,可以在信息科技课的相应模块和内容上推广。

Abstract

Cooperative learning is used in many countries nowadays as a creative teaching method. It is widely recognized and accepted that cooperative learning helps to cultivate the students’ cooperative skills, interpersonal skills and innovation skills. It also motivates the students to learn proactively.

However, due to the difference of Chinese education system, cooperative learning only achieved slow progress in the basic education courses and also encountered a lot of problems. With more than 10 years of teaching experiemce of high school information technology course, the researcher believes cooperative learning is able to play an important role in the information technology teaching.

There are severl key issues to be settled before the approach of cooperative learning to information technology teaching. The first is to choose the suitable teaching contents. Then there should be a reasonable grouping scheme to ensure each group has the ability to complete the learning task. After grouping, a clear division of labor is needed to ensure that each team member can be put into the study. And there also need a clear evaluation plan which can supervise the team to participate better in learning before the tasks are assigned. In the whole process, the teacher is not a spectator but a good coacher.

Paying attention of above key issues,  the researcher conducted the practice to approach cooperative learning in the teaching information technology to Grade One students in Shanghgai Nan Yang Model High School. This thesis will share the success and problems with two examples. One is from Photoshop teaching - ‘Young Volunteers logo design for Nan Yang Model High School ’ .  Another is ‘algorithm and programming - branch structure ( choice mode ) ’ .

From the study and practice, cooperative learning was believed to be helpfull to the cultivate students' information accomplishments. It’s worth to be popularized in teaching information technology course. There will be a brilliant future for cooperative learning in the senior high school information technology teaching.
